Privacy policy

Bidflock collects the minimum data needed to run an invite-only marketplace pilot: account email, job specs, bids, Q&A messages, payment references, and operational logs.

What we share

• Invited builders can see job specs and Q&A for jobs they are invited to.
• Buyers can see seller pseudonyms, bid details, assumptions, exclusions, and delivery status.
• The public ledger may show job titles, stack, status, and bid counts, but not private names or cross-seller bid amounts.

Payment data

Card details are handled by Stripe. Bidflock stores Stripe customer, payment method, payment intent, and hold status references so the app can authorize, capture, release, and reconcile payments.
