Refund and dispute policy
The pilot is designed around clear acceptance criteria and one explicit rework loop before funds are captured.
Before signoff
- If the buyer cancels before capture, Bidflock releases the card authorization when Stripe allows it.
- If delivered work misses acceptance criteria, the buyer should request rework and cite the missed criteria.
- The card hold remains authorized during rework unless the job is cancelled or the hold fails.
After signoff
Buyer signoff captures the authorized payment and marks the job complete. Post-signoff refunds are handled manually during the pilot and depend on the facts of the dispute.
Founder mediation
- Bidflock reviews the job spec, acceptance criteria, bid assumptions, Q&A, and delivery evidence.
- Clear in-scope misses are sent back for rework when practical.
- Clear non-delivery or abandonment can result in cancellation, release/refund, and builder removal from the pilot roster.
